In machines with a reduced working width, the uniform distance of 3 mm only has to be checked at
the
level of the conveying cam wheels. The distance can vary in the area of the solid discs (no
fertilizer is conveyed).

If it is no longer possible to adjust the distance to 3 mm, the cam wheels of the metering shaft
must be replaced.
Check further metering elements for wear:
•
Check air ducts, sealing funnel, bends, fertilizer hoses, and baffles for wear.
• These parts must be replaced if worn due to wear.
