4. If no tune set was selected, the wheelbase will have to be entered.
5. Turn the steering wheel. The controller will need to detect a change in
the pressure switch to continue start-up.
6. Press the foot switch. The controller will need to detect a change in the
foot switch position to continue with start-up.
