Registering the Agility 4 to the RISCO Cloud
To enable the use of GPRS/GSM communication and the iRISCO app, register your panel
to the RISCO Cloud, and then log in.
NOTE: If using GPRS, verify with your installer that your panel is set to GPRS
communication.
Registering to the Cloud can be done via self-registration or by the Installer, depending on
the Cloud configuration.
NOTE: Before registering the panel, consult with your installer to check if the panel is
already registered in the RISCO Cloud and is assigned to you. If so, open the email that
was sent to you, then click on the confirmation link and follow the instructions to
complete the registration.
If you were not invited by the Installer, you can perform registration yourself by following
the instructions below.
Registering to the RISCO Cloud
1. Go to www.riscocloud.com and click register
2. Fill in your first and last name.
3. Enter your e-mail address as the Login Name (required for 1st-time activation).
4. Define password (must be: a minimum of eight characters; contain at least one capital
letter and one lower case letter; contain at least one number; and contain at least one
special symbol (!$%^*) and then confirm.
5. Enter the 15 digits Panel ID (without “-“) as it appears on the sticker located on the
side of the main panel.
6. Complete registration form and then press Register.
7. To complete the registration, open the email message received on the email account
you defined as Login Name.
