Defining User Codes (System Users)
Using the LCD/Panda keypad or Web app, each system user is assigned a unique user
code, which is needed to operate the system. Agility 4 can support the following: up to 31
different codes for system users and 1 Grand Master code. User codes are typically issued
for:
Installer: For system installation use only
Grand Master: One Grand Master code can be defined. A Grand Master is the primary
system-responsible user with the highest level of user permissions). Although an
installer may initially enable/disable permissions to have a user code, the Grand Master
defines the actual numerical code for each user.
System Users: For up to 31 other systems users
NOTES:
User codes (including Grand Master) may have either 4 or 6 digits (installer-defined).
The Grand Master default code is 1234. It is highly recommended to change it to a
unique and confidential code after initial system setup.
The Grand Master can edit (change) the codes for all system users but cannot view
their currently-assigned codes.
Users with other authority levels can change their own codes only.
