5. INFORMATION ON ADJUSTMENTS
5.1. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADJUSTMENTS
‒ Before performing any operation, the authorised operator must make sure that he/she understood the
"Instructions for use".
‒ Pay attention to the SAFETY WARNINGS, do not use the machine for UNSPECIFIED PURPOSES and assess
the
ossible RESIDUAL RISKS.

Important
Before carrying out any adjustment operations, activate all the safety devices provided for, and evaluate if it is
necessary to adequately inform the operating personnel or the personnel nearby.
In particular, confine the neighbouring areas to impede access to the devices that could, if activated, produce
unex
ected dan
er conditions
rovokin
hazards to
ersonal safet
and health.
5.2. CONVEYOR BELT ADJUSTMENT
Proceed as indicated.
1. Deactivate the main electric switch to
put the machine in safety conditions.
2. Remove transmission cover (A).
3. Loosen the nuts (C).
4. Operate nuts (B) to set the tension of
the tape (D).
Tighten or loosen screws (B) by the
same degree to keep the alignment.

To check tension, attain to what
indicated in the figure.
The resulting shifting R should be of
30÷40mm.
5. Repeat the operations described to
adjust the other belt.
6. Tighten the nuts (C).
7. Re-assemble the casing (A) at the end of
the operation.
Caution - Warning
Before re-starting the machine, check that no tools or other equipment has been left near the moving parts.
