Engine test run An engine test run is necessary:

Procedure
1
Check the oil level and top up with oil as required.

Operate the engine until the temperatures have stabilized for a period of 5
min. (engine oil temperature between 50 to 70 °C (122 - 160 °F).

Switch the engine OFF.
4 Allow the engine to cool down.
5
Check for leaks.
