DOOR JOG MESSAGES

with the control system. Included in this table are the
displayed messages and a description of each mes-
sage.

Displayed Message Description
I.060 Self repair after door ajar
in progress.
I.080 Maintenance required
soon – service counter
nearly expired.
I.100 Open Spd.
(check open speed)
Excessive door speed
near full-open position.
Open speed is too high,
check P:310 opening
speed in Hertz.
I.150 Close Spd.
(check close speed)
Excessive door speed
near full-closed position.
Closing speed too high,
check P:350 closing
speed in Hertz.
I.160 Close Req.
(close requested)
Continuous OPEN still
active.
Close requested however,
door is still receiving an
open command. Look for
activator sending open
signal(s) request. For
example, a stuck pull cord
(not releasing).
I.170 Timed Open
(timed open)
Forced opening being per-
formed. This is performed
with parameter P:018. The
value is in minutes and the
factory setting is 0. Enter-
ing a value will cause the
door to open when the
time is reached. This fea-
ture is often used in
freezer door applications.
I.199 Counter Err
(counter error)
Door cycle counter error.
I.300 Air Locked
(air locked)
Locked by another door.
I.310 Open A12
(open A12)
Door open command
initiated to other door in air
lock.
I.400 HD Limit
(freezer only)
Hard door not open.
In freezer applications,
Rytec sends additional
switches that turn the
defrost heaters OFF if an
insulated door is used on
site. The switches acti-
vate and deactivate the
defrost system. The elec-
trical schematic states if
the switches are not used,
jumper wires must be
installed for the defrost to
operate. If the jumpers are
not installed the informa-
tional message "I:400 HD
Limit" and “I:401 Defrost
Off" will be displayed on
the screen.
