CC-Link setting
On CC-Link, a unique station number must be assigned to each device on the network.
The highest possible station number depends on the number of occupied stations.
Three stations are occupied by the communication module.
CC-Link Version 2 is used with 2 extension cycles to have a larger data size
(160 bits and 24 words).
The module supports all common CC-Link baud rates up to 10Mbps:
• 156 kbps
• 625 kbps
• 2,5 Mbps
• 5 Mbps
• 10 Mbps
The transmission speed and station number can be defined on page 17 of the Configuration menu on the Cyclomix
®
Evo.
Only words are used for processing data, but the last 16 bits of the bit field are used to exchange flags (& 4.1) to
start the network.
Each CC-Link device is associated with a CC-Link family system profile (CSP+ file), which contains a description of the
device and its functions.
