4 Operating Concept
Operate your Arium
®
system using the control panel and the display. The
control panel features four function keys and a continuously variable slider.
The keys are described in the figure below. The display shows system
information and menu items. The figure depicts the display in the operating
mode your Arium
®
system will be in after initial startup.

Unless indicated otherwise, all illustrations in this operating manual refer to
the Arium
®
Comfort II system with integrated TOC instrument.
4.1 Display
As illustrated in the figure above, the display is divided into the following
three main areas.

1 Header When your Arium
®
is in the operating mode, the
header displays the current time and current date.
When navigating through menu items, the open
menu item and the menu level are displayed.
