11.2.2 Disposal
Requirements
The device and consumables have been decontaminated.
Procedure
t Remove the UV lamp from the device (see Chapter "9.8 Replace UV
t Take the UV lamp to an approved disposal facility for hazardous
substances.
t Dispose of the device. Follow the disposal instructions on our website
(www.sartorius.com). Inform the disposal facility that batteries have been
installed in the device.
t Dispose of the packaging in accordance with local government
regulations.
t Dispose of the consumables in accordance with local government
regulations.
