6.2.15 Register 112…125: Action bits transition controlled (write)

As soon as the bit is set, it is reset internally and the action is executed, it is transition triggered (for writing
once).
The bit is set with the shown number as Write_Value_Select (see chapter 6.1.5.3).

To prevent the EAROM from being written too often, the writing rate for taring and zero setting should not be
shorter than 15 seconds, for configuration data not shorter than 5 minutes.
