13.2.1.2 VEHICLE WITH TRAILER
(F.ModE >> totAL >> WEi.Mod step set on “SEC.WGt”, TECHNICAL MANUAL.)
- Position the vehicle on the scale.
- Select, if requested, the customer / material / vehicle to be linked to the weigh.
- Press the F6 key, the LCD display will show:
Or, if one has configured TWO SCALES:
At this point one should position the trailer on the scale; wait a few instants for the weight stability.
By pressing ENTER it is possible to:
- CONFIRM THE SAME If the F.Mode >> totAL >> C.EntEr parameter of the setup is set on
PLATFORM “ConFEr” (CONFIRM SCALE), TECHNICAL MANUAL.
- CHANGE PLATFORM: If the F.Mode >> totAL >> C.EntEr parameter of the setup is set on
“inVErt” (INVERT SCALE), TECHNICAL MANUAL.
Note: It is in any case possible to change the platform by pressing the 1 key for platform 1 or the 2 key for platform 2.
In the printout, the trailer weight will be shown on the side (“TRAILER” item), right after the trailer weight (“INPUT” item).
By pressing C the weigh will be carried out anyways, but only the trailer weight will be taken into consideration and printed
(“INPUT” item).
NOTES ON INPUT WEIGHING
• If there is a tare, a SINGLE WEIGH is executed; therefore no ID code is occupied.
• If all the 999 memory storages are occupied without executing any output weigh, upon the execution of the following
input weigh, the indicator shows the message “WEIGHS MEMORY FINISHED”; one must execute at least one output
weigh in order to free up the memory to be used.
To cancel all the memory storages, go to the Prn.ViS >>> 0.W.List step in the menu of the ENTER key.
If one needs to execute a simple weigh without any input/output weigh and databases, we advise to use the
print key, in order to not occupy ID codes.
• If the output weigh has been made with a selected vehicle, one should execute the output weigh in order to reuse the
same vehicle in a new weigh (the LCD display shows “PLATE ALREADY PRESENT!”).
