4.8.3 Clock
The clock menu allows configuring the date and time of analyser. This is used to
report error messages.

To configure the time, press 1 and then enter hour, minute and second. Between
each value, press E to validate. Do the same for the date.

From 0 to 4.9999 the offset is negative and from 5.0001 and 10 the offset is
positive.
