A manual ventilation can be effected
also with an auxiliary ventilation
system, Mapleson C type (to and fro),
connected to the “AUX” connector
placed on the valves group.
On the work-shelf keyboard must be
selected the AUX key.
Set on flowmeter box enough fresh
gases for the correct ventilation of the
patient.
With this type of manual ventilation (AUX key activated), the system
(even if the MAN operative mode is selected) DOES NOT displays the
parameters monitoring.
In MAN operative mode, press on the membrane
keyboard the STAND BY / ON-OFF key to return to
STAND-BY operative mode.
In MAN operative mode press on press on the soft
keyboard the VAC or PCV key to return to the relevant
operative mode.
