Flow sensor
1. Unpack carefully the flow sensor and
the connecting hoses to detect the
airways pressure.
2. Insert the flow sensor in the EXP
adapter of valves group.
3. Fix correctly the hoses for the pressure
detection from sensor to the adaptors
on the anaesthesia unit.
4. Position the hoses for pressure
detection on the patient circuit
supporting arm.
The flow sensor is if single patient type at differential pressure.
Consult the chapters 5 and 6 for flow sensor mounting and
calibration instructions.
