15 Appendix A: Alarm Verification Concept
(AVC)
The ↑ 'Alarm Verification Concept' serves the purpose of delayed alarm
transmission and takes into account the interaction of the operating personnel in
the alarming sequence.
Operating personnel are able to examine the indicated fire location in the event of
a fire alarm. Intervention by the fire brigade can be avoided in the event of a false
alarm or minor incident.
