Resets the acknowledged events.

● Starts the investigation time T2 (AVC).
● Silences the buzzer if checkbox 'Acknowledge used
as silence' is checked in task card 'Other settings' in
FC360 Panel Configurator.
● Silences alarm devices until a new event occurs (if
programmed).
