6.20.10 Discharge time (s) [dischargeTime]
The parameter defines a fixed time during which the emptying signal is activated in the
emptying step. It applies only when selection code 2 (Emptying according to specified time) is
selected as the emptying option in DR25.
In DTI mode, the parameter has an additional function. If a residual quantity of the material is
located in the weighing container that is less than the emptying limit (DR6) and no additional
material flows, loading can be stopped with the "Rest weighing" command. In this configuration
the emptying signal for the set emptying time is activated, even if the scale is emptied in normal
operation until limit 3 is undershot (empty). The material located in the scale at this time is
totaled, emptied and loading is stopped.
6.20.11 Maximum discharge time (s) [dischargeMonitoringTime]
This parameter defines a monitoring time for emptying option 1 in DR 25 (Emptying until limit
3 is fallen below). The time starts together with the emptying signal. If limit 3 has not yet been
fallen below after expiration of the time, a corresponding technology message is issued that has
no further effect on the weighing cycle or emptying. The message is purely informative.
6.20.12 Discharge overlapping time [dischargeOverlappingTime]
If the scale is emptied over time, the next dosing cycle can already be started with the discharge
overlapping time even though the discharge time is still running.
Example
Discharge time = 0.8 s
Discharge overlapping time = 0.3 s
After 0.5 s of the discharge time, the next dosing cycle is started even though emptying will still
take place for another 0.3 s.
6.20.13 No. of optimized loadings (OIML R-107) [NumberOfOptimizedLoadings]
The parameter defines whether and how many single fillings are to be made at the end of
loading in THW mode definitive with coarse and fine flow. In addition, the individual setpoint is
adjusted by optimized single fillings so that the total setpoint is reached as accurately as
possible.
Note
The parameter 0 is accepted for compatibility reasons, but it is interpreted as 1 by the function.
As a result, at least one filling is optimized each time it is loaded.
