TIA Portal procedure
1. Activate service mode: Command code 1.
2. Read DR03: Command code 2003.
3. Enable the weight simulation [weightSimulationEnabled] in DR03: Selection code 1.
4. Write DR03: Command code 4003.
5. Read DR07: Command code 2007.
6. Assign the "simulation weight" function to the I/O process value 5, 6, 7 or 8
[ioProcessValue5 to ioProcessValue8]: Selection code 1.
7. Write DR07: Command code 4007.
8. Deactivate service mode: Command code 2.
9. Enter the simulation weight for the I/O process value selected in DR07 in the "cyclicIoData
> output" structure in the interface DB.
10.Start simulation mode: Command code 3.

6.13.2 Simulating dosing
Introduction
When you specify a dosing time, a dosing cycle is simulated completely automatically. When
you specify an emptying time, emptying of the scale is simulated completely automatically.
Example of dosing time
A dosing time of 4.5 ms and a set point of 100 kg has the result that the dosing cycle reaches
a set point of 100 kg in a linear manner within 4.5 ms.
