longer communicates with the electronic weighing system
● Check the wiring between the SIMATIC HMI and the CPU or the electronic
weighing system and the SIMATIC controller.
● Check the IP addresses of the network components
1111 DQ short-circuit to ground 1111 Error at digital outputs (short-circuit to ground)

2000 Technological error 2000 Group message, at least one technology message is present
2001 Timeout waiting for stability 2001 Taring, zero setting, post dosing or check weighing was not possi‐
ble because stability was not reached during the stability waiting
time. Check the stability criteria and the stability waiting time in
DR03 and adjust the parameters as necessary. Check the scale
mechanics for strong fluctuations / disturbances that prevent sta‐
bility.
2002 Trace error 2002 The set recording cycle for tracing cannot be processed. Set a
slower recording rate (Page 75) in DR07.
2003 Initial zero setting (Page 63) not
possible
2003 The weight of the initial zero setting is out of range.
2004 Trace memory full 2004 The trace recording has been aborted because the internal trace
memory is full.
Reboot after voltage recovery 2005 Diagnostic message for regular restart.
Download error 2006 A FW update was aborted or rejected, e.g. because a FW update is
already running or communication with the S7 controller was inter‐
rupted.
2007 firmware file invalid 2007 FW update file (*.upd) was rejected because it is invalid. The FW
update file is not suitable for the electronic weighing system or is
defective, e.g. implausible length, structure, checksum or signature.
2101 Risk of overfilling 2101 Current parameter assignment would lead to overfilling of the scale
during dosing.
● Check the specified set point in DR20 or the limits for taring /
zero setting in DR03 and DR25.
2102 Coarse shut-off point already ex‐
ceeded
2102 The current weight is already above the coarse shut-off point. Rem‐
edy: Adjust set point or empty scale.
2103 No stability 2103 Required stability not present the dosing process.
2104 CPU in Stop 2104 The electronic weighing system is not in stand-alone mode, the
SIMATIC CPU is in STOP state and a dosing command has been
issued. Remedy: Put the SIMATIC CPU in RUN state or activate the
stand-alone mode of the electronic weighing system.
CAUTION: Ensure the safety of the system before activating stand-
alone mode because the electronic weighing system activates dos‐
ing elements, if necessary, despite the stopped SIMATIC CPU.
