TIA Portal procedure
1. Activate service mode: Command code 1.
2. Read DR07: Command code 2007.
3. Define an I/O process value [ioProcessValue5 to ioProcessValue8] as "Preset tare":
Selection code 0.
4. Write DR07: Command code 4007.
5. Enter the preset tare for the I/O process value selected in DR07 in the "cyclicIoData >
output" structure in the interface DB.
6. Activate the preset tare: Command code 1016.

6.13.1 Simulate weight
Introduction
The electronic weighing system is tested without connected load cells. The simulated weight
value is passed on completely in the electronic weighing system through all signal filters and
functions. The response of the electronic weighing system can be traced exactly.
Requirement
Dosing time = 0
Web server procedure
1. Select the "Service mode ON (1)" command.
2. Read DR03.
3. Enable the weight simulation in DR03.
4. Write DR03.
5. Read DR07.
6. Select the simulation weight source in DR07: Simulation weight from DR16.
7. Write DR07.
8. Select the "Service mode OFF (2)" command.
