Procedure
1. Read DR21.
2. In DR21, define the following parameters with the defined weight unit:
– Total set point [totalSetPoint]
When you specify a total set point during continuous operation which is smaller than the
weighing operations already carried out, continuous operation is stopped following the
current weighing operation.
When you set the total set point to 0, all single loadings are cumulated until you end
continuous operation.
– Maximum allowed total set point undercut [maxTotalSetPointDeviation]
– Material in feed intake (pre-signal) [materialDisposed]
3. Write DR21.
6.16.2 DR21 Configuration of total set point GFI
Introduction
The total set point in "GFI - Gravimetric filling instrument" defines the number of containers to
be dosed in continuous operation.
Requirement
You have selected the weighing operating mode GFI - Gravimetric filling instrument (Page 55).
Procedure
1. Read DR21.
2. Enter the total set point [totalSetPoint] in DR21.
3. Write DR21.
Example
For example, if you specify a total set point of 20 and have started continuous operation, the
electronic weighing system doses 20 containers one after the other. Continuous operation is
stopped after the 20th container. The "Loading finished" status bit is set in the scale status. If
continuous operation is switched off in the interim or an active dosing is aborted, the counter is
restarted.
