Suitability test of the paint system for hazardous areas
For the paint systems ordered as standard on explosion-protected machines, verication of the
electrostatic suitability is available.
Such verication is not available for paint systems that are non-standard or specically
requested by customers. Take into consideration that the provided verication is not valid
for repainting/recoating.
• Use the tested, original paint when recoating or touching up.
• The operating company is responsible for carrying out an electrostatic test of the complete
system.
