Function Code 06 (Write Single Register)
This function enables the Modbus client system to write an individual register from the 3RW5
register memory area.
A valid address from the register memory area is expected as the start address. The
selected address must be designated as writable in the data tables in chapter Data tables
(Page 75).

Example
Setting the starting mode "Voltage ramp + Current limiting":
● Address field: The address of the 3RW5 soft starter is not entered in the example (-).
● The register address of the starting mode is 0x9409.
● For the starting mode "Voltage ramp + Current limiting" the value 5 is transmitted to the
3RW5 soft starter (0x0005).
