Power
Activates Power mode and displays the Power mode LCD selections.
During Power mode, rotating the C control clockwise increases the Power
gain; counterclockwise rotation decreases the Power gain. The range for
gain settings is from 0 dB to 30 dB.
The gain value for Power mode displays as the last number in the Image
Parameter area, at the bottom of the screen.
Steer
For linear array transducers, steers the 2D image, the Doppler cursor, or
the Color window. The amount of steering is dependent on the type
of transducer.
Pushing the STEER control to the left positions the 2D image, the Doppler
cursor, or the color window to the left. Pushing the STEER control to the
right positions the 2D image, the Doppler cursor, or the color window to
the right.
Note: 2D image steering is only available with the SONOLINE G60 S system.
Invert
During pulsed wave (PW) and steerable continuous wave (SCW) Doppler,
the INVERT key flips the Doppler spectrum vertically on the baseline and
inverts the Doppler audio.
During Color Flow, the INVERT key vertically flips the color bar.
Baseline
During Doppler, the BASELINE control shifts the spectral baseline position
and/or shifts the color baseline.
During Color Flow, the BASELINE control shifts the baseline in the color bar.
Pushing the BASELINE control up shifts the baseline up, and pushing the
control down shifts the baseline down.
