By purchasing the SilverCrest SSMGR 600 A1 blender, hereinafter referred to as the blender, you have
opted for a quality, long-lasting and environmentally-friendly product.
The product is largely made from recycled plastic and can mostly be recycled again. The best way to
preserve resources is to dispose of the product appropriately at the end of its service life.
Before first using it, familiarise yourself with the way the blender works and read these operating instructions
through carefully. Be careful to follow the safety instructions and only use the blender as described in the
operating instructions and for the applications given.
Keep these operating instructions in a safe place. If you pass the blender on to someone else, make sure to
give them all the relevant documents with it.
1. Intended use
This blender is a household device which is to be used exclusively for mixing, stirring and puréeing soft
foods and crushing ice cubes. The blender may not be used for chopping and crushing nuts, seeds or stalks
(without adding sufficient liquid). It must also not be used to reduce the grain of sugar or salt. Substances
other than food must not be processed. The blender may not be used outdoors or in tropical climates. The
blender has not been designed for corporate or commercial applications. Use the blender in domestic
environments for private applications only. Any other use does not correspond to the intended use. This
blender fulfils all relevant norms and standards relating to CE conformity. In the event of any modification to
the blender that was not approved by the manufacturer, compliance with these standards is no longer
guaranteed. The manufacturer accepts no liability for any damage or malfunctions resulting from this.

2. Package contents
Remove the blender and all the accessories from the packaging. Remove the packaging material and check
that all components are complete and undamaged. If you find anything missing or damaged, please
contact the manufacturer.
