Terminal Block (TBl)
TBl-1 = MAP-.
TBl-2 = MAP+.
TBl-3 = SHIELD.
TBl-4 = Unused.
TBl-5 = MAP-.
TBl-6 = MAP+.
TBl-7 =
SHIELD.
TBl-8 = Unused.
Used for Style 6 operation only
Used for both Style 6 and Style 4 operation
NOTE 1:
Terminate field wiring in accordance with the wiring diagram that accompanies the MAPNET@ device(s)
or use the 841-804 Field Wiring Diagram.
NOTE 2:
Install a 1 K, 3W resistor (382-082) from TBl-5 to TBl-6 if there are 30 or less MAPNET@devices on the
line and the MAPNET II@ Interface (Transceiver) Board is Rev. 84 or earlier.
NOTE 3:
For Style 4 operation, jumper TBl-1 to TBl-5 and TBl-2 to TBl-6.
Mounting Space Required
Four inches of backplate space are required.
