3.3 Intended use

The device may be used only according to the description of use given in this
manual and in conjunction with the technical specifications. Technical data and
information relevant to the intended use are essential here, these being indicated
on the nameplate, among other places.
Intended use also includes compliance with the information in the operating
manual as well as the inspection and maintenance requirements.
In the operating manual, it is not possible to take account of situations that arise
due to particular local conditions or special applications unknown to the
manufacturer. For such a case, the owner must ensure safe operation or shut
down the device, until measures for safe operation have, in agreement with the
manufacturer or another responsible body, been drawn up or implemented.

Any use other than that described in the "Intended use" section (or otherwise in this
operating manual) or any extended use is regarded as improper use. The
manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use. The
operator/owner alone bears the risk.
• It is not permitted to modify the device in any manner.
• It is not permitted to operate the device with safety equipment bypassed.
