8.2.8 Cleaning the rear section
If the device is cleaned with compressed air, powder can enter the electronics
section or the drive units, which can lead to malfunctions.
Do not use compressed air to clean the device.
Suitable cleaning equipment:
• Vacuum cleaner for powder
• Small brushes
• Cloths
1. Switch off the device and disconnect it from the mains.
: Removal of cover at rear
2. Loosen 12 screws (1).
3. Remove the cover (2).
4. Carefully clean the rear section.
– Remove any dirt at the drive units and heating elements using small
brushes/cloths.
5. Refit the cover by applying the same procedure but in reverse.
