To Adjust Track Alignment:
WARNING
Rem ove tether cord cap before performing any maintenance
or adjus tm ent, unl es s othe r wi se spec ifi ed. Vehicl e must b e
par ked in a saf e place, a way from the trail.
– R emo ve the tether co rd cap .
– Loosen rear idler wheel retaining screws.
– Loosen the lock nuts (on so equipped models).
– Tight en t he adjustment screw on side where the slider shoe is
th e fa rthest from the tra ck ins ert guid es.

Tighten lock nuts (some models only) and retaining screws.
WARNING
If lock nuts are no t t igh ten ed p roperly, the adjus tin g scre ws
co uld lo osen causin g t he track to become extremely lo ose and,
under some oper ating con ditions, allow the id ler w heels to
clim b over th e track lug s forc ing the tra ck a gai ns t the tu n-
nel c aus ing the track to “loc k ”. P roperly ti ghten w heel re tai n-
ing screws, otherw ise wheel may come o ff and cause track to
“lock ”.
