• The BRP specified pre-delivery inspection process must be com-
pleted and documented;
• The product must have under gone proper registration by an au-
thorized BRP dealer;
• The 2007 Ski-Doo snowmobile must be pur chased in the countr y
in which the purchaser resides.
• Routine maintenance outlined in t he Operator’s Guide must be
timely performe d in or der to ma int ai n w arran ty co verage. BRP
re serve s the right to mak e w arran ty cov erage contin gent upon
proof of proper maintenance.
BRP wi ll no t ho nour this li mited w arranty to any private use owne r
or commercial use owner if the preceding conditions have not been
met. Such limita tio ns are n ec ess ary in order to all ow BRP to pre-
serve both the safety of it s products, and also that of its consumers
and the general public.
6) WHAT TO DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY
COVERAGE
The customer must notify a servicing BRP dealer within two (2) days
of the appearance of a defect, and provide it with reasonable access
to the product a nd reasonable opportunity to repair it. The c us tome r
must also present t o the authorized BRP dealer, proof of purchase
of the p roduct and must sig n the repair/ work order prior to starti ng
th e rep air in order to validate the warranty rep air. All parts replac ed
under this limited warranty become the property of BRP.
7) WHAT BRP WILL DO
BRP’s obligations under this warranty are limit ed to, at its sole discre-
tion, repairing parts found defective under normal use, maintenance
and service, or r eplacing such par ts with new genuine Ski-Doo parts
without charge for parts and labor, at any authorized BRP dealer dur-
ing the warrant y coverage period.
BRP reserves th e rig ht to improve or mod ify produc ts from ti me to
time without assum in g any obligation to m odify products pre vio usly
manufactured.
