Never s tud a track that has not bee n approve d for s tuds . Ap-
prov ed tracks c an be i dentifi ed by a s tud s ymbol (s ee illu st ra-
tion below) molded into t he track surface. Installing stud s on
an u napproved track co uld increase the risk of the track tear-
ing or severing, possibly resulting in seriou s injury or deat h.
