Additionally, adjust the firewall settings to allow the required connection. Try selecting the External communication display view to find out the current IP address of the Cluster Controller and then call up the IP address via the Internet browser.

      If the correct number of connected inverters isn't showing on the display, wait six minutes and check again. Also, ensure all inverters are in operation. Verify that the patch cables connecting the inverters are correctly connected, paying attention to the inverter or Speedwire/Webconnect interface installation manual. Make sure the inverter patch cable directly connected to the Cluster Controller is connected to network terminal X9 or X10. Finally, check for defective network components, patch cables, or plug connectors.
