4. Remove the wave spring (040-U3 pictured).
5. Remove the drive ring (040-U3 pictured).
6. 130-U3 and smaller pumps only: Remove the shaft ring.
(180-U3 and larger sizes do not have a shaft ring.)
NOTE: To assemble a single mechanical seal for 130-U3 and
smaller pumps, continue. For 180-U3 and larger pumps, see
page 43.
