• Remove the radiator lower mounting bolt.
• Disconnect the cooling fan motor and thermo-switch lead wire
coupler


• Remove the radiator upper mounting bolt.
• Disconnect the speed sensor lead wire from the clamp


• With the hooks

A unlocked, remove the radiator from the
radiator shroud

5.
• Remove the cooling fan and thermo-switch lead wire coupler

6 from the radiator shroud.
• Remove the cooling fan

7.
• Disconnect the cooling fan thermo-switch lead wire coupler
and remove the cooling fan thermo-switch.
• Remove the horn

8.

When removing the horn

8, hold the nut by spanner
to prevent the horn bracket distortion.
