FUEL PUMP REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
• Remove the fuel tank. (!DL650K4 5-7)
• Remove the fuel pump assembly by removing its mounting
bolts diagonally.

DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the screws.
• Disconnect the terminals and
• Remove the fuel level gauge 1.
• Remove the fuel pressure regulator holder 2.
Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive.
Keep heat, spark and flame away.
