7-72 CHASSIS
• Pivot the caliper up and remove the caliper from the caliper
bracket


• Remove the pad spring

3.
• Remove the spacer

4 and boot

5 from the caliper.
• Remove the brake caliper sliding pin

6.
• Place a rag over the piston to prevent it from popping out and
then force out the piston using compressed air.

Do not use high pressure air to prevent piston dam-
age.
