“C32” (P0201) or “C33” (P0202) FUEL INJECTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
INSPECTION
Step 1
1) Remove the air intake pipe. ($14-103)
2) Turn the ignition switch OFF.
3) Check the injector coupler for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then measure the injector resistance.
4) Disconnect the injector coupler and measure the resistance
between terminals.
! Injector resistance: Approx. 11 7 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)
(Terminal – Terminal)
5) If OK, then check the continuity between each terminal and
ground.
! Injector continuity: ∞ Ω (Infinity)
(Terminal – Ground)
" 09900-25008: Multi-circuit tester set
% Tester knob indication: Resistance (Ω)
Are the resistance and continuity OK?
6) After repairing the trouble, clear the DTC using SDS tool.

DETECTED CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSE
CKP signal is produced but fuel injector signal is
interrupted 4 times or more continuously.
• Injector circuit open or short.
• Injector malfunction.
• ECM malfunction.

YES Go to Step 2.
NO Replace the Injector with a new one. ($14-111)
