This example, tagged as command 154, commands port 2 of MRC 2 to be FAS framing, the lowest priority
reference, and specifies that it is receiving timing from a digital network reference.
Note: If all the reference ports of an MRC card are configured for the same priority, the references
will be selected based on the numerical order of the ports. The same numerical order will be listed if
the settings are retrieved.
