When you first apply power to the unit it will display the TDSi logo. After a few
seconds, DIGIgarde PLUS displays the Welcome screen:

The Welcome screen shows the time and date and the CheckIn/CheckOut status
of the unit.
To change the unit to a CheckIn status, press the ▲ key.
To change the unit to a CheckOut status, press the ▼ key.
