ERROR DESCRIPTION SOLUTION
18 WATCHDOG ERROR: equipment is
blocked.
- Update to the last version of SW.
- If the problem is not solved, turn o and
then, turn on the equipment.
19 EMERGENCY. This is generated if the
drive receives the emergency signal for
the software but not for the hardware.
- Check the emergency wiring.
20 Drive COVER FAN. This alarm is generat-
ed when a malfunction of the fan mounted
on the drive cover is detected for at least
5 seconds.
- Check for dust in the fan. If necessary,
clean the fan.
- Check the condition of the F4 fuse on
the drive board. If OK, replace the drive.
- If not OK: With the equipment o, re-
place the F4 fuse. Disconnect the gradi-
ent motor. Check that the equipment turns
on and that the fuse does not burn out.
- If the fuse does not burn out: replace the
gradient motor.
- If the fuse burns out, replace the fan.
- If not OK, replace the drive.
22 INVERTER POWER SUPPLY: There are
power supply voltage dips outside the op-
erating specication.
- Check that the machine has not been
switched o while the user is working on.
- Power supply cable not correctly con-
nected, placed or fastened with the ded-
icated cable tie. Make sure the machine
has been installed correctly.
- If the error persists and occurs system-
atically, replace the drive.
23 SHORT CIRCUIT: intervenes in the case
of a short circuit between a motor phase
and the earth.
Overcurrent in out during initialization
phase.
- Turn o the equipment.
- Check that nobody is on the equipment.
- Turn on the equipment and wait for the
standby-mode before going up.
- If the error is still present, replace the
drive (Low Kit) and turn o/turn on the
equipment.
