3. Back off the nuts e using a 10mm wrench.
4. Pull out the cable from its support on the
frame.
5. Open the hook b which is fixing the gas
spring unlocking cable on the spring. Rotate
it clock-wise and pull it out from the bottom
(see the figure at side).
6. Disconnect the cable from the gas spring.
7. Remove the cable pulling it out from the
bottom side of the carriage.
Pay attention not to scratch or bent the
gas spring stem.
To reassemble the gas spring and/or gas spring
unlocking cable, carry out the above steps in
reverse order.
