3.2.7 CONSOLE
The console communicates with the angle sensor board, the low kit board and the NFC board.
The console is powered 5V. The console is powered by the low kit board.
The display shows the ROWING or POWER levels set by the user through the knob. The numerical
value indicates the resistance eort levels (ROWING), from 1 to 10. The marks to the right of the
numerical value indicate the magnetic resistance (POWER), from 1 to 3.

The display displays the following training data:
- Time elapsed since the beginning of the exercise, expressed in minutes and seconds;
- Distance covered, expressed in metres,
- Calories burned;
- Speed, expresses in “strokes per minutes” (spm);
- Time expected for covering a distance of 500 metres, expressed in minutes and seconds;
- Power, expressed in was;
- Drag Factor, which measures the eective eort made (in case of ROWING workouts);
etc.
The CPU board calculates the Drag factor, in case of ROWING workout.
The display is a 7 segment LCD backlit display.
