6.2.4 CONFIGURING THE CLOCK
If the login to the console fails, check the date and time with the following commands. If necessary,
congure the correct date and time.
6.2.4.1 WRITING THE DATE AND TIME IN THE REAL TIME CLOCK

Sets the date and time in the RTC (Real Time
Clock). The parameters to be provided are the
following:
dd: day
mm: month
yyyy: year
hh: hour
mn: minutes
ss: seconds
: time zone

: time zone. You must insert the minutes of deviation from the UTC. If you are located at east of
Greenwitch, the value will be positive, otherwise negative. For example, in Italy, when there’s winter
time the deviation is +60 minutes; when there’s summer time the deviation is +120 minutes. If you
insert the hour UTC, set 0.
The calibration of the RTC is important for the correct functioning of the Cloud services, via TLS/
SSL.
6.2.4.2 READING THE CURRENT DATE AND TIME

Command @GETDATE# Shows the current date and time.
