up to 100 meters

6.6 COMMUNICATION MODULE CONNECTIONS
6.6.1 Telephone Line Connection (For TSP-5314 Panel)
The telephone line connection of the panel is made with LINE
terminal group. An internal or external line can be used in the
connection. If the line is disconnected, an error message is
displayed. Trouble and Memory lights flash on LED Keypad. The
Trouble light on the LCD Keypad turns on and the display shows
an error message. Error message disappears when panel
detects line. Also, a parallel device must not be connected to the
line at the LINE input. If there is a single telephone line and other
devices will use this line, the PTT line must be connected to the
LINE input and the line must be continued from PHONE output to
other devices (Telephone, Fax, POS machine, etc.).
PS: If the ADSL line is used, the telephone line connection of the panel must be made through the
phone line output of the SPLITTER device. Otherwise, the phone call feature of the panel may be
adversely affected.
