There is no communication with the PC
a) The system starts with the green 'request' LEDs of the
TMS5500 system blinking. This means there the interfaces are
not in sync with the central unit.
b) The system starts with the green 'request' LEDs of the
TMS5500 system blink 3 time shortly, a pause, and then again
3 times blinking. This means there the interfaces do not respond
to the "ask init" from the central unit.
