Syntax: "*OPC?"
Response: [1]
Description: 1: Operation completed.
3.3.6 Wait
Syntax: "*WAI"
Description: The ITC5xx will wait until the last operation is completed.
3.3.7 Event-Status-Enable-Register (ESE)
Programming:
Syntax: "*ESE <NR1>"
Valid Range: 0..255
Default Value: 0
Description: Sets the Event-Status-Enable-Register (ESE).
Reading:
Syntax: "*ESE?"
Response: [<NR1>]
Description: Queries the Event-Status-Enable-Register (ESE) and returns the
content in decimal notation. The content is not modified.
3.3.8 Query Standard-Event-Status-Register (ESR)
Syntax: "*ESR?"
Response: [<NR1>]
Description: Queries the Standard-Event-Status-Register (ESR) and returns the
content in decimal notation. The content is cleared.
