3.6.19 Reading the TEC current hardware limit (LIMTP)
Syntax: ":LIMTP:ACT?"
Response: [:LIMTP:ACT <NR3>]
Description: Queries the actual TEC current hardware-limit. Unit: [A]
 (Refer to Chapter 1.8.2, "Setting the limit value of the TEC current" on page 16)
3.6.20 Reading the TEC current (ITE)
Syntax: ":ITE:ACT?"
Response: [:ITE:ACT <NR3>]
Description: Queries the actual TEC current. Unit: [A]
3.6.21 Reading the temperature/resistance window (WIN)
Syntax: ":WIN:ACT?"
Response: [:WIN:ACT <NR3>]
Description: Queries the actual temperature/resistance window. Depending on the
temperature sensor the temperature window or the resistance window
is retuned. Unit: [°C], [Ω]
3.6.22 Reading the TEC voltage (VTE)
