3.7.2 ITC5xx operation error messages
[1301, "Interlock is open"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: Try to switch on the output while the Interlock line is open.
(Refer to chapter 2.22, "Using the interlock input" on page 52)
[1302, "Open circuit"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: Try to switch on the output while the able to the laser diode has
opened or the compliance voltage is not high enough.
[1303, "Over temperature"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: Try to switch on the output while the internal temperature is too
high. Wait until the ITC5xx has cooled down. Maintain proper air
flow.
[1304, "Internal power failure"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: Try to switch on the output while an internal power failure
occurred.
[1306, "No calibrating of PD during laser on"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The monitor diode cannot be calibrated during the laser diode
output is switched on.
[1307, "No setting of ILD during constant power mode"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The set value of the laser diode current can not be changed
during constant power mode.
