mode"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The set value of the monitor diode current and the optical power
cannot be changed during constant current mode.
[1309, "No LD polarity change during laser on"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The polarity of the laser diode can not be changed during the
laser diode output switched on.
[1310, "No PD polarity change during laser on"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The polarity of the monitor diode can not be changed during the
laser diode output switched on.
[1311, "No mode change during laser on"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The operating mode CC or CP cannot be changed during the
laser diode output is switched on.
[1312, "Wrong or no sensor"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The ITC5xx detected no sensor at the output jack.
[1313, "Wrong command for this sensor"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The released command does not fit to the connected sensor.
[1314, "No sensor change during TEC on allowed"]
Category: Execution Error
Possible reason: The type of sensor may not be changed during the output
switched on.
